about somayoga michigan
Yoga offers a safe and steady home in which to rest, to move, and to experience contentment and the inner self.
At somayoga michigan, we honor yogic tradition and the realities of modern living. Movement, breath, and stillness are woven together here as practices meant to be lived, not perfected.
This is depth over intensity—a place for those who feel called to an intentional experience that unfolds over time, and for those who want feel-good movement that lifts vitality and restores balance.
The space is both beautiful and sacred, a delight for the senses that students enjoy returning to, again and again.
All are warmly welcome here — those new to yoga, returning after time away, or who have an ongoing practice. Every journey has a beginning, and we’re here to support yours from the start.
