teachers and guest instructors

robin bushre

Robin Bushre is endlessly curious—a writer, artist, traveler, and the founder of somayoga michigan. A yoga practitioner for nearly two decades and registered teacher since 2014, her work bridges Vedic wisdom with modern understanding, blending yoga, meditation, somatics, Ayurveda, and nervous system science into practices that are effective and enjoyable.

Robin believes yoga is not about becoming someone different, but about connecting with your true self with greater awareness and compassion.

Her yin, restorative, Ashtanga, and children’s yoga classes invite students to move mindfully, follow their breath, and discover the beautiful present.
