special events & weekend immersions
Our special events invite deeper exploration — weaving movement, philosophy, embodied practice, and lived integration beyond the rhythm of weekly classes.
The Living series, offered from late winter through spring, reflects one expression of this approach — exploring love, body wisdom, meditation, philosophy, and seasonal living as practices meant to be lived, not idealized. Each event stands on its own, while also contributing to a broader arc of reflection and integration.
All events are open to curious beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, and are offered in limited capacity to preserve intimacy and care.
These events and immersions are thoughtfully curated offerings led by experienced teachers and practitioners whose work we trust.

Living Wisdom:
embodied feminine yoga & cultural context

Guided by Rodasi, this offering weaves together movement, breath, sound, meditation, and contemplative teaching to support lived understanding rather than abstract study. The emphasis is on embodiment — allowing wisdom to be felt, integrated, and carried into daily life.
Drawing on the archetypal energies of Lakshmi, Parvati, and Saraswati, participants are invited to explore these qualities as living forces within practice and experience. Through guided exploration and reflection, the immersion supports nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and personal empowerment, while offering cultural and philosophical context that grounds the work with care and integrity.
Each element of the immersion is designed to support meaningful integration, allowing insight to unfold both on and off the mat.
This offering is open to all — no prior experience is required, only curiosity.
