Yoga for Kids:
A 6-week Class for Kids & Caregivers

Yoga for Kids is yoga and mindfulness for kids ages 3-6.

Journey into the world of yoga with a fun and engaging class that introduces breathing, meditation, and nervous system regulation to kids and their caregivers through story and song.

Caregiver participation is required.

Limited to 8 children + their grown-ups.

Investment: $75/full six-week series

A fun way to learn kid-friendly yogic tools for calm, focus, and nervous system regulation.

Restorative Yoga & Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

This class will start with 30 minutes of restorative yoga followed by 30 minutes of sound and vibrations from crystal singing bowls. This is intended to invite therapeutic and restorative processes to the body, mind, and spirit.

Living Ayurveda:
seasonal wisdom, yoga & everyday practice

An embodied introduction to Ayurveda for modern life.

Living Ayurveda is a grounded and accessible introduction to traditional Ayurvedic wisdom, offering practical ways to support clarity, balance, and well-being in modern life. This immersion weaves together seasonal principles, gentle yoga, daily rituals, and philosophical context — emphasizing awareness, rhythm, and relationship rather than rigid rules.

Guided by Heidi Grace’s depth of study and lived experience, participants are invited into practices that honor individuality and personal discernment, and that can be realistically integrated into daily life.

No prior experience with Ayurveda or yoga is required, and all practices are offered with options.

Living Pelvis:
womb wisdom mini-retreat

Living Pelvis is an embodied mini-retreat exploring the wisdom of the living pelvis and the feminine body.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, reflection, and grounded teaching, this offering provides a safe and accessible introduction to womb-centered awareness and feminine connection.

Guided by Sarah Lou’s experience in bodywork and woman wisdom traditions, participants are invited into practices that support nervous system regulation, vitality, and embodied presence. This is a mini-retreat, offering a curated and intentional experience into what an actual retreat is like.
