Living Presence:
a 3-day ascension meditation course

Living Presence is a three-day immersion into meditation as a lived, embodied practice.

Guided by Rodasi, this course offers a clear and accessible introduction to Ascension Meditation, emphasizing simplicity, nervous system support, and integration into daily life.

Across three days, participants are introduced to foundational meditation practices through personal instruction, guided group sittings, and reflective teaching. The approach is experiential rather than theoretical — supporting clarity, steadiness, and a direct relationship with awareness that can be sustained beyond the course itself.

This course offers comprehensive techniques for both eyes closed meditation and for practicing presence in daily activity, while effortlessly rectifying root-beliefs undermining our capacity to be present, unconditionally fulfilled, and attuned to the free-flowing ascending currents of life.

Participants leave with practical tools and a personal meditation practice designed to support presence, resilience, and lived integration.

This offering is open to all, whether you are new to meditation or returning with curiosity and openness.

No prior experience is required.
