Living Ayurveda:
seasonal wisdom, yoga & everyday practice

An embodied introduction to Ayurveda for modern life.

This immersion weaves together seasonal principles, gentle yoga, daily rituals, and philosophical context — emphasizing awareness, rhythm, and relationship rather than rigid rules.

Guided by Heidi Grace’s depth of study and lived experience, participants are invited into practices that honor individuality and personal discernment, and that can be realistically integrated into daily life.

No prior experience with Ayurveda or yoga is required, and all practices are offered with options.
